Forms (website): in this Website, we use three types of forms:

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from us will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. • Order: when you order a product (e.g. salad subscription, bird house) or service (e.g consulting package), your information is safely collected and stored in an excel sheet protected by password. When regular communication is required (e.g. salad subscription), we input your name and email address into Mailchimp.
• Contact: the information you provide through our contact form is stored in our website server, and it is only used to reply to your inquiry.

Email, phone and social media correspondence: unless a transaction is involved (see "Order" form above), the information you provide through these channels is only used to reply to your inquiry.

In person: at events and/or on-farm sales, we may collect your personal information on paper. In these instances, you  voluntarily give us permission to input your name and email address into Mailchimp and/or excel and using it to contact you in the future.

Comments (website): When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies.
