Description
The sweetest squash you will ever taste, aka "sweet potato squash"! Skin is thin and edible. Despite this, they can keep for months in the right conditions (~13 Celsius and dry). Absolutely delicious roasted in thick rings (like healthy donuts!). Picked mature and already cured so they last you. Squashes are around 1-1.2 lbs.
