Garlic Scapes

Description

An underappreciated part of the garlic, it can be used as a replacement for garlic in any dishes. We find them particularly tasty cut in 1 inch sections and cooked with scrambled eggs and/or broccoli. Sold by the bunch, containing around 20 scapes. Available only for a couple of weeks in June.
