A tasty and versatile vegetable available most of the summer. We love using it in stews, frittatas, omelets, pizza, veggie rolls and also grilled on its own. The flesh is juicy and nutty. We harvest them on the smaller side, so you don't need to deal with seeds when you cut them open. Sold by the unit.
