Description
Fingerling potatoes are specially creamy and sweet. They are definitely the best potato for roasting in our opinion, but we also eat them mashed and fried (perfect for homemade chips!). Sold by the pint (~1.5 lb), where you will get a combination of Bellanita (yellow), Ama Rosa (red/pink) and Purple Peruvian (purple). Each pint contains between 7 and 12 potatoes, depending on size. All are cured and brushed cleaned for your convenience. If kept cool and dry, they will last for many months.
